Easy to follow ordering process and very reasonably priced product.

I am repeating an order, slightly different shape of sheepskin rugs previously purchased. I have been so happy with what I have bought before…I just couldn’t resist.
I plan to use this one on the back of my sofa. Have found a place for one more. I should have ordered that too…I had to pay p/p.lesson learnt.
My advice…don’t hesitate buying sheepskin rugs from IWOOT. Seriously top quality…I am a perfectionist..so everyone tells me 😀

I can only comment on the order process as I have just placed it but I found the online ordering system very simple to use and look forward to receiving my products.

This company is beyond awful. I stupidly ordered a stool that arrived with 2 legs instead of 4. Doh!! Returning it for a refund was extremely difficult and took hours of sending messages on Chat. There's no phone number to call. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I'm still trying to get my delivery charge back. Dishonest comes to mind.

I had placed an order with IWOOT and the product wasn't working correctly when it arrived. I messaged customer services and within a few hours there was a replacement posted out to me. The replacement arrived within a couple of days
